Dennis Ferrer

A legend of house music as we know it today, his mark on the genre remains firmly established: and rightly so. We shine a light on the New York veteran’s defining moments, ahead of his debut with us this August 💥👇

👉 Dennis launched Objketivity in 2006, with a collaboration between himself and fellow American house producer Karizma. Since then, the label has gone on to welcome some of the international circuit’s most widely-recognised stars, including The Martinez Brothers and Andrea Oliva.

👉 Ferrer’s remixes have become staple choices for DJs the world over. Take his 2008 edit of Dido’s Don’t Believe In Love or 2014’s reinvention of London Grammar’s Sights. Both tracks are now iconic, for new fans and old ones alike.

👉 From Strictly Rhythm to Defected, Ferrer’s productions have continually captured the spirit of those listening. Vocal-driven, 4x4 house is his signature: the perfect soundtrack for 51st Festival as we know it today.
